This painting was done using Winsor and Newton Cotman Watercolour paints as well as Faber Castell watercolour pencils. The watercolour paints was used for the base of the composition. The definition was created used the watercolour pencils. A top tip which I used in this piece is that when you apply watercolour pencil markings to your work you can blend it using baby oil and a fine round paint brush.
